The fourth day of racing for the 2014 Dragon Edinburgh Cup, supported by Aberdeen Asset Management, promises a different challenge for competitors. There’s plenty of sun, along with a fresh and unstable northerly breeze that’s oscillating through 40 degrees. It’s currently averaging 16 knots, with gusts to 22 and lulls as low as 10 knots, although it’s expected to moderate a little before racing gets under way.
There are two races scheduled for today, the first, starting at 1200, is the fourth race for the Edinburgh Cup. After that there will be the second race in the Chairman’s Decanter series.
